General Firearm Sales
Lux Arms LLC sells firearms, magazines, receivers, and related items in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Some products offered on this website may be restricted or prohibited in certain jurisdictions. It is the customer’s responsibility to understand and follow all laws and regulations that apply in their state or locality before placing an order.
All new firearms are shipped in the manufacturer’s original packaging and typically include any factory-provided magazines, accessories, and warranty documentation. All firearm sales are considered final.
If a firearm requires warranty service, customers must work directly with the manufacturer for repair or replacement within the manufacturer’s warranty period. Lux Arms LLC does not provide warranty coverage on special order items, accessories, or bundled components unless explicitly stated in writing.
Purchasing Firearms Online
Federal law prohibits firearms from being shipped directly to individuals who do not hold a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL).
Firearms purchased through our website must either be:
• Picked up at our store location
• Shipped to a licensed FFL dealer selected by the customer
Customers are strongly encouraged to contact their chosen FFL dealer prior to completing their purchase to confirm they will accept the transfer.
Lux Arms LLC may verify the selected FFL before shipping any firearm order.
Order Changes and Modifications
We understand that mistakes sometimes happen during checkout.
If a customer needs to change an order after it has been placed, the order must first be canceled. A refund will be issued for the purchase amount minus a $10 processing fee, which will be returned in the form of a store gift card.
Once the refund is issued, the customer may place a new order through the website.
For security and fraud prevention reasons, Lux Arms LLC will not place orders on behalf of customers or handle payment information directly.
Please note that once an order is canceled and replaced, the processing timeline will restart.
Returns and Cancellations
All canceled or returned orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
All sales are considered final for the following items:
• Firearms
• Ammunition
• Optics
If required documents or information are not received within 21 days of the order date, the order may be canceled and refunded minus the applicable restocking fee.
Order Processing & Shipping
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–10 business days from either our store inventory or a distributor warehouse.
Shipments may be handled by UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending on the product and shipping requirements. Serialized firearms may require ATF Form 3 approval before shipment.
Tracking numbers will be provided for shipments sent via UPS or FedEx.
Our flat-rate shipping policy applies only to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). At this time, we do not ship orders to Alaska, Hawaii, or international locations.
Orders placed outside of these shipping areas may be canceled and subject to restocking fees.
For fraud prevention purposes, the billing and shipping address must match. Orders with mismatched information may be canceled and refunded via store credit.
Serialized firearms will always be shipped to the selected FFL dealer. Customers should not enter the FFL address as their personal shipping address during checkout.
Ammunition Purchases
Customers must be:
• 18 years or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition
• 21 years or older to purchase handgun ammunition
All ammunition orders ship via ground service with adult signature required. Ammunition sales are final and cannot be returned.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they purchase the correct ammunition for their firearm and that they comply with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction.
Customer Eligibility Statement
By placing an order with Lux Arms LLC, the customer affirms that they are legally permitted to purchase firearms and ammunition under all applicable laws.
This includes confirming that the customer:
• Is not an unlawful user of controlled substances
• Is not prohibited from firearm ownership under federal or state law
• Has not been convicted of a domestic violence offense
• Is not under indictment for a felony offense
• Is not a fugitive from justice
• Is not subject to a restraining order prohibiting firearm possession
• Has not been adjudicated mentally defective or committed to a mental institution
• Is not an unlawful or illegal alien
• Has not been dishonorably discharged from the U.S. Armed Forces
• Has not renounced U.S. citizenship
Liability and Indemnification
By purchasing products from Lux Arms LLC, the customer agrees to assume full responsibility for the safe handling, storage, transportation, and use of those products.
Lux Arms LLC shall not be held liable for any damages, injuries, or legal consequences resulting from the possession, use, or misuse of any products purchased from our store.
The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Lux Arms LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or legal actions related to products purchased from our business.
Class Action Waiver
Any disputes or claims arising from transactions with Lux Arms LLC must be resolved on an individual basis. Customers agree not to participate in class actions, consolidated claims, or representative lawsuits against Lux Arms LLC.
Copyright and Intellectual Property
All content on the Lux Arms LLC website — including text, images, graphics, logos, and digital content — is the property of Lux Arms LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of this material is strictly prohibited without written permission.
